The dairy "Katoikos Ioannis" is based in Anoixiatiko Amfilochia and has been in the area of producing traditional cheese products since 1979. Every day our cheese factory processes exclusively 100% Greek sheep and goat milk from local dairy producers, which is checked by collaborating laboratories in terms of composition of (fats, proteins, SYAL, admixture with water, presence of antibiotics, etc.), in order to ensure the best possible quality of the produced products. In 2007 the cheese factory was modernized according to national and European standards. In this direction, we have equipped ourselves with state-of-the-art machinery that contributes to the best and safest production, without deviating at all from the traditional methods of cheese production.
